Environmental
V2X has always been committed to providing long-term value to our stakeholders through our ESG initiatives. We have concerted efforts underway to further expand our initiatives to reduce environmental impact, meet regulatory and customer standards, manage risks, and protect our local communities. Our climate change mitigation initiatives are tailored to minimize waste, decrease energy consumption, lower greenhouse gas emissions, and preserve natural resources. Social
Our global business leverages Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I) and talent efforts to enhance performance, support employee aspirations, and protect the safety of our workforce. In 2022, we set aspirations for our Employee Resource Groups aligned with our DE&I strategic pillars to foster an inclusive business environment. We exceeded the hiring benchmark for protected veterans, and continued to work with veterans, active-duty military and their families to positively impact their communities.
Governance
V2X’s long-standing commitment to our ESG programs has been underpinned by our corporate governance, Board oversight, and foundational ethics and compliance culture. V2X keeps governance at the forefront of our ESG approach and wider business strategy, alongside our values of integrity, respect, responsibility, and professionalism.
